Do I need the app or can I use the devices on their own?
All our devices work seamlessly without the APP. They come with a wide range of preinstalled vibration patterns and you can navigate between them using the < / > buttons. You can also change the intensity of the vibrations to suit your need from mild (1) to strong (16) using the + / - buttons.
What can I do with the app?
The App is a completely free add-on to enrich your experience of our devices. With the App you can change the vibration patterns on the device by downloading new ones from the Vibe library in the App. The App also allows you to control your device like a Remote control, so you can change the vibration pattern or intensity. You can create your own vibration patterns and save them onto your device.
How do I connect my device to the app?
Open the App and when it prompts you to connect, press and hold the < button on your device next to the bluetooth icon for 2 seconds. This will start the pairing process and connect.
Can I create my own vibration patterns?
You can create your own vibration patterns on the MysteryVibe App. Swipe down to the Vibes menu and then tap on Create. There you can choose the vibration pattern and intensity for each of the motors individually to create your pattern. Once you have created your vibration pattern, you can give it a name and save it to the Vibe library. From the Vibe Library you can add it to your device. Check out our step-by-step video guide on using the app here.
How far can I control my devices from the app?
The App works on Bluetooth Low Energy Technology (BLE) and can control all our devices within a 10-metre (30 feet) range.
