The Tenuto is an interesting product. I'm still learning but I had a couple nice multi-ejaculation sessions, which is the main issue I had and why I bought it. Let Tenuto run a while after you finish for a nice sensation. Tenuto seems well designed and manufactured. It's durable and you can rinse it under running water. The battery seems very good.
